מבנה הקורס:
הקורס יעסוק בתרבות ובהתנהגות המינית ויתמקד בשלושה היבטים: דת והלכה, החברה והפרט, מין וחינוך. הסקירה תכלול בין השאר מבט אל חיי המין באספקלריה היסטורית, התנהגות לפני, במשך ואחרי קיום יחסי המין, החובה המינית של בני הזוג, התעלסות, תנוחות בהזדווגות, אוננות, מין אנאלי ואורלי, משכב זכר, נקבה ובהמה, זנות, ניאוף, אונס ודיני ענישה, והתייחסות כללית והשוואתית למין ומיניות ביהדות בכלל והנצרות ככל האפשר.
דרישות:
- נוכחות חובה 80% ללא יוצא מן הכלל; אסור להיעדר מהחלק הראשון או השני של המפגש ללא אישור מוקדם
- בחינה אמריקאית בלבד לסטודנטים שלומדים את הקורס בתור שיעור
- בחינה (40%) ועבודה סמינריונית (60%) לסטודנטים שלומדים את הקורס בתור סמינריון; העבודה חייבת למלא אחר הדרישות לקורס מדרג 3 ועל-פי ההנחיות המתודולוגיות של המרצה. מועד אחרון להגשת עבודה סמינריונית הינו תחילת סמסטר א' לשנת הלימודים תשע"ו-תשע"ז (אוקטובר 2016); פרסום ציוני הסטודנטים לסמינריון יתואם עם מזכירות החוג.
